Here's the gold-filled counterpart to my previous necklace. I used gold-filled figure eight chain, and finished with a gold-filled lobster clasp. The necklace is 17 inches long, with a weight of 0.2 oz.

Here's some lovely green aventurine beads! They are round, 6mm in diameter. I strung them with 5mm silver mesh beads, finishing with a Bali silver hook & eye clasp. (You can see my other aventurine necklaces here, here, and here.)

Here's more lovely golden rutilated quartz (named for the golden-colored needle-like rutiles inside the quartz). These beads are round, about 8mm in diameter. I strung them with vermeil rondelles, finishing with a vermeil s-clasp. The finished length is 16.5 inches, with a weight of 1.2 oz.

Iolite (also known as "water sapphire") is one of my favorite stones (I know, I say that about all of them!). I think its most interesting characteristic is its natural pleochroism--the color of the stones changes with the angle of your observation, going from a strong violet blue to a light brownish gray and back again. (You can see my other iolite necklaces here and here.)
I connected each nugget with sterling silver wire, & did my best to graduate the sizes: the length of the nuggets ranges from about 12 to 17mm. I finished with a Bali silver hook & eye clasp.
The necklace is 24.5 inches long (can be worn shorter by hooking the clasp between two beads as shown), with a weight of 1.6 oz.

I don't know anything about these shell beads except that they're pink, and very pretty. They're cut into little rondelles, about 4mm in diameter and about 2.5mm thick. I strung them with 3.5mm Bali silver saucer beads, and finished with a silver lobster clasp.

I made matching earrings by stringing more pink shell rondelles onto silver 0.75 inch hoops. The earrings are very light, less than 0.1 oz.
