Bloodstone wire-wrapped pendant

This is one of the stones I tumbled and polished this summer.  It's bloodstone, and I wrapped it in sterling silver wire.  The back isn't as neat as I would like, but luckily it *is* the back and not the front.

Anyway.  The pendant is 2 inches long and weighs 0.5 oz.  No chain included, but if you need one let me know & I can add one for about $14.

Seraphinite wire-wrapped pendant

I adore seraphinite.  (I have seraphinite necklaces listed here and here.)  I bought this lovely little cabochon from the same guy who sold me the cappuccino jasper I used in my earlier pendant.

I wrapped the cabochon in sterling silver wire.  The finished pendant is about 1 1/2 inches long, and weighs 0.2 oz.  I am not including a chain, but if you need one let me know & I can add one for about $14.

Prehnite wire-wrapped pendant

Prehnite is one of my favorite stones.  I love the way it glows!  (I purchased this stone, but I'm happy to say that I've got a ton [not literally, just a bunch] of prehnite in my stash of stones that I polished this summer.  I will get to making pendants of it one of these days....)

Blue-green turquoise wire-wrapped pendant

This is a lovely pear-shaped turquoise cabochon that I purchased from the same seller as my previous two turquoise pendants.  There are surface cracks, but they do not detract from the stone's beauty.

The cabochon is about 22.5 carats, and I wrapped it in sterling silver wire.  The pendant is about 1.5 inches long, with a weight of 0.2 oz.  I am not including a chain, but if you need one let me know & I can add one for about $14.

Zebra jasper 6mm necklace + earrings

There are several different kinds of zebra jasper (I have a pink zebra jasper necklace listed here), and this green variety is one of my favorites.  (I have another necklace of this type here.)

The jasper beads are 6mm rounds, and the sterling silver beads are from Bali.  I finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp.  The necklace is just under 18 inches long, and weighs 0.8 oz.

The matching earrings are made with sterling silver French hooks and headpins.  The dangles are about 1 1/8 inches long, and the earrings weigh 0.1 oz.

Green turquoise flat diamond & silver chain necklace + earrings

I bought these beautiful turquoise beads on my Albuquerque trip last year.  Gorgeous!  They're a lovely green instead of the usual blue, and they measure about 11mm from corner to corner.  I linked them with my favorite sterling silver figure eight chain, finishing with a silver lobster clasp.  (You can see my other turquoise necklaces here, here,  here, here, here, here, and here.)

The necklace is about 16.5 inches, with a weight of 0.2 oz

The matching earrings are made with sterling silver headpins and post earrings.  The dangles are about 1.25 inches long, and the earrings weigh 0.1 oz.

Green aventurine 6mm necklace + earrings

Here's some lovely green aventurine beads!  They are round, 6mm in diameter.  I strung them with 5mm silver mesh beads, finishing with a Bali silver hook & eye clasp.   (You can see my other aventurine necklaces here, here, and here.)

The finished length of the necklace is 17.75 inches, with a weight of 0.7 oz.

I made earrings to match with sterling silver French hooks and headpins.  The dangles are about 1 1/8 inches long, and the earrings weigh 0.1 oz.

Bloodstone twist bead-link necklace + earrings

These bloodstone beads are predominately dark green, with very few of the red flecks which gives the stone its name.  They are twists, measuring about 15mm long and 7-8mm thick.  I linked each bead with sterling silver wire, finishing with a Bali silver s-clasp.

The necklace is 20.75 inches long (you can wear it shorter by hooking the clasp as shown), and weighs 1.4 oz.

matching earrings are sterling silver, as are the French hooks.  The complete dangles are 1 1/4 inches long.  The earrings weigh 0.2 oz.

Ruby fuchsite square diamond bead-link necklace

These beads are a new type of stone for me: ruby fuchsite.  Fuchsite is the green variety of muscovite, and the red splotches that you can see are grade Z ruby crystals.  (Muscovite is fascinating in its own right because it can be split into very thin translucent sheets.  It used be be known as Muscovy glass because the sheets were sometimes used for windows in Russia.  But I digress.)  What I love about these stones is the great sparkle it has.  Flashy!

I joined each bead with gold filled wire, finishing with a vermeil hook & eye clasp.  The beads measure about 20mm from corner to corner, and the finished length is 23.25 inches, with a weight of 2.0 oz.

Turquoise flat polygonal nugget bead-link necklace + earrings

I picked up this wonderful turquoise in Albuquerque.  I tend to go for the blue shades over the green (most of my other turquoise necklaces are blue: see here,  here, here, here, here, and here), but I couldn't resist the rich green in addition to the cute irregular polygonal shapes.

I joined each flat nugget with sterling silver wire, finishing with a Bali silver s-clasp.  The necklace is about 22.5 inches long, and weighs 0.8 oz.

I used a couple of Bali silver beads for the matching earrings.  The French hooks are sterling silver, and the dangles are about an inch long.  The earrings weigh 0.2 oz.
