These pearls are far from perfect, but they have a beautiful luster. They are irregularly shaped freshwater pearls measuring about 7-8mm in diameter. (You can see my other pearl necklaces here and here.)
I used my favorite figure eight chain in sterling silver to join the pearl links, and I finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp. The length of the necklace is 17 inches, with a weight of 0.2 oz.
I made matching earrings by hanging pearl & chain dangles from sterling silver post earrings. The longest dangle is 1.25 inches, and the earrings weigh 0.2 oz.
