This weave is also known as the rope weave. (There is a single spiral weave, but the spiral isn't stable & if it's not joined to itself, the spiral falls out. Doubling the rings makes the spiral stable.)
The clasp is a solid copper folding clasp, and the rings used for the weave are also copper. The bracelet is about 5.5mm in diameter, with a length of 7.5 inches. It weighs 0.4 oz.

Thankyou for your comment on my blog. After looking at your items I am begining to feel like a jeweller. Its one thing to have family and friends say nice things but when another designer has nice things to say it really makes your day. If I can create items which look half as nice as yours I will be pleased. I hopefully will start to use more gemstones once I can afford to purchase stock, they look fab.
