As I said in an earlier post, names can cover a lot of different looking stone. For instance, the beads in this necklace were sold to me as "zebra jasper". They look totally different from the zebra jasper I used for a necklace I posted last May. This time, the stones are pink and gray and black--kind of nifty, actually.
Anyway, I linked each 18x13mm rectangle with sterling silver wire. I finished with the last of my Turkish silver hook & eye clasps. (I've got to get more of those.)
The necklace is 23 inches long (can be worn shorter by hooking the clasp as shown), and weighs 2.3 oz.

Thanks! One of the best things about making this jewelry is working with all the different stones. The variety is simply amazing.
