Moukaite is a new stone for me. It's a type of jasper found in Australia, which features large patches of brick reds, mustard yellows, tans, and white.
The surface of the oval beads is wavy rather than flat. Each bead measure about 14x10mm, and is linked with gold-filled wire. I finished with an Indian vermeil s-clasp.
The length of the necklace is about 23.25 inches, with a weight of 1.1 oz.
