Although my vendor sold these beads to me as kyanite, I'm now convinced that they are celestite instead. Whatever they are, they're beautiful, a silvery, ice water blue, with a silver iridescent foil-lined effect.
I have to warn you that these beads are rather brittle--I received the bead strand with a couple of broken/shattered beads. I do package my necklaces carefully for shipment, and I'll use extra bubblewrap on this one. There should be no problem with normal wear and use, but you will need to take a bit more care with this one--lay it down carefully instead of dropping it or tossing it into the jewelry box, & don't toss anything on top of it.
The individual beads are shaped into flat ovals, measuring 16x12mm. I linked each with sterling silver wire, and finished with a Turkish silver hook & eye clasp. The length of the necklace is 21.25 inches (can be worn shorter by hooking the clasp between two beads), with a weight of 2.5 oz.

Can you make this in 7 1/2" bracelet?

I'd be reluctant to make a bracelet in celestite. Bracelets need stones that can stand getting knocked around, and celestite is rather brittle.
