Amethyst 6mm lantern necklace

The shape of these beads is a bit hard to describe.  They look a bit like a 4-sided Chinese lantern.  If that doesn't help, imagine a cube that's been blown up like a balloon, but with the top and bottom staying small, and the side edges curving but still creased.  That's pretty much the shape of these beautiful amethyst beads.

The silver wire beads and the silver S-clasp are from Bali.  The length of the necklace is 20.5 inches, with a weight of 1.3 oz.
