There's more than one kind of zebra jasper, oddly enough. The black & white kind is usually called "Mexican zebra jasper". Most plain 'ol zebra jasper that I've seen has been green with lighter and darker stripes.
The round dark beads are hematite , and the clasp is nickel-plated and self-closing. The length is 21 inches, with a weight of 0.7 oz.
